Kappa Delta

Kappa Delta

Kappa Delta Sorority is not only an organization of women, but a sisterhood that inspires those outside and within our circle to be confident every day. Members of our sorority live by the principles of truth, of honor, of duty, without which there can be no true friendship. Kappa Delta is committed to providing opportunities and experiences KDthat inspire women to greatness. We encourage each other to reach our full potential through opportunities of leadership, personal development, academic success, and community service.

To explain the Eta Omega chapter of Kappa Delta in three words is, “Bonded, Beautiful, and Bright.” Our chapter would not have been able to reach the standard of excellence that we have without the bonded effort of our sisterhood. We are beginning our fifth year at Kennesaw State University and have already developed many traditions and achieved great successes within our chapter. At our 4th Annual Shamrock 5K, we were able to raise over $42,545 for our national philanthropy, Prevent Child Abuse America, and our local philanthropy, Wellspring Living. We are excited to celebrate one of Kappa Delta’s very own holiday’s coming up; International Women’s Friendship Month in September. During this time we promote the Confidence Coalition on our campus with the You Make Me Smile Campaign, reminding those around us to cherish their true beauty. We also make time to strengthen our sisterhood through monthly sisterhood activities, events, and retreats each year. Kappa Delta is not just four years, it is a lifelong friendship and we are so excited to start another year of great memories and sisterhood at KSU!
